Maureen & Matthew’s NYE Wedding
What. A. Wedding!!
Matthew and Maureen married at St. Edward Catholic Church in Waterloo, surrounded by their nearest and dearest. It was really important to them to have photos that reflect their special love for each other as well as candid, and natural photos of their families and wedding party all just being together. I am so, so happy to say we did just that!
Because I love a good “how we met” story (and because we got to take a photo in that exact spot!):
“We met at Suds Upstairs in Cedar Falls on College Hill. I, Maureen, was out celebrating a friend’s 21st birthday on a Tuesday. Matt was getting a drink with friends. I tried buying a song on the jukebox for my friend’s birthday and accidentally bought $30 worth of credits on the jukebox. I was going around to different tables asking for song requests since I had all of these credits to use. Matt was at one of the tables I went to and requested an old song I love. The rest is history.”
